Mac user in Ireland
Hi, - Is it possible to download a version, without the payment after 7 day trial ? This is the only option I'm being given at the moment. Mac user in Ireland. I just want MuseScore to create score, notate some music pieces.. rather than access the library.
Thank you.

There is no 7 day free trial for the notation editor available from this site here https://musescore.org/en/download because there is no payment needed after seven days or weeks or ever for the notation editor, only for the score sharing website that you don't want to use.
Just download it install it use it and enjoy it.
And a further tip, take a look at the handbook https://handbook.musescore.org/ soon after installing the software to get an ideal of the capabilities and where to find help if you get stuck. Second port of call if you are stuck is the Support and bug report forum https://musescore.org/en/forum/6 where fellow users attempt to sort out each other's musescore problems.

Yes, I got to that. I chose Musescore Studio without muse hub.. the second option for MAC.
I then transfer to App Store... open.. and then it brings me to that screenshot above.
Thank you for your help

When I click on the link to download Musescore Studio without MuseHub. I see this.
With the automatic download.
Do you get the screen that you attached at that stage or are you doing something else before it appears?
BTW I am running windows and so I can't do the install. Perhaps a MAC user can chip in now.

Whatever you do don't click on the inviting big green button. That is not needed to install the software.

no, it downloads direct once in that page

yes, this is correct, I get this screen also.. then I let the dmg file download, then I drag it over to my App Store as it suggests... then I open it from the App Store.. then it gives the screenshot I attached above..

Well, I can't do that step as I don't have an App Store or even know what that is .
Let's hope a MAC user happens by,

No takers so far.
I suggest changing the title to something more descriptive. "Installation on MAC requires sign up for free trial" or similar. At present it just says you are using a MAC in Ireland which doesn't indicate that there is any problem to be solved.
A mac is always advisable in Ireland given the climate. Sorry, this Englishman couldn't pass up the chance of having a dig at a neighbour. ;-)

As suggested above: change the title. I know some MuseScore users on MacOS so maybe you just need to grab their attention.

I have no idea why it took you to the App Store. Just push the blue button and download it all. Then, you can drag the MuseHub to the trash.
I’m on a Mac.
