Plugins no longer working
I don't know which version this happened in, but two plugins that had been working are no longer working.

The last time I'd use the software a few months ago, they were fine. But when I opened the software yesterday, and agreed to the update, it seems that they no longer function. I tried deleting them and adding them back it, but it didn't help.

Most plugins don't work anymore with MuseScore 4.4.x
This plugin uses
QtQuick.Controls 1, which doesn't exist anymore with Qt 6 (which MuseScore Studio 4.4+ uses). It will need to be updated to useQtQuick.Controls 2.In reply to This plugin uses QtQuick… by cbjeukendrup

Yes, if you use the older version of MuseScore, it still works. However, any scores created with 4.4 or newer won't open, which is frustrating.

You can find all previous versions by clicking Download / Software near the top of this page.
To open, in a given version, a score file created in a later version, export the file to musicxml with the later version, then import it in the earlier version. (Not sure how far back this would go but it certainly works with all of 3 and 4.)
