Can't be done. The technical problem of converting audio files into notation is beyond current technology (save for fairly simple audio files). There are applications that claim to convert audio formats to Music XML, but reports are they work anywhere from not well to horribly. It's certainly not going to be a part of MuseScore for a decade or three.
There are several discussions of this topic already in the forum. Do a little digging and you'll find them.

I KNOW what you say. And it's not about that..
What I say it's so easy to implement, i'm not talking about convert audio files into notation, only about LISTEN AN MP3 or WAV at same time of my score, so I can hear the song I'm transcribing in paralel (like 2 tracks of a mixer) with the scrore i'm working on.
It's completely usable int transcription works, for example, when musicians are trying to register their songs and for that reason they need the score of the song recorded.

Oh, for that have both a music player and MuseScore Studio open. Flip between them with Alt+Tab (in Windows) or have the windows sized so they both fit on screen.
Basically, what you are asking for is to have the MuseScore developers write an entire music player. Talk about software bloat!!! Why re-invent the wheel when there are already perfectly good music players and you can use them quite handily.

in my opinion it would worth it and you have lots of opensource players ALREADY WRITTEN that can be included in musescore

There are mp3 player api's that can be incorporated into apps so it wouldn't need an entire music player to be developed. It might be a very useful feature.

This might be a useable alternative if you can find a suitable video on YouTube.

But I've not tried it so not quite sure how well it works.
