musescore closed a file I was working on and it didn't save

Today (June 23, 2025), I was working on a score for several hours. Suddenly, I went to change windows to check something on Google. When I came back, my score had closed, along with all my work. I've tried a thousand times to recover it: in lost files, in various system folders, and I've been unsuccessful. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.
